Everything was fine from the good service to the good food. The room was huge with many amenities, decent breakfast included plus a comfortable king size bed that I enjoyed.

Well priced place, it has great staff and food.

Stunningly beautiful place with warm and bright rooms. Thanks to the affable staff everything was good, including lots of outstanding food.

Nice little fairly clean property, it has kind staff who supported me in the evening at reception desk.

We are happy to say that we enjoyed staff and location. Found in the nice enough area just next door to the airport, the shuttle bus provided by the Hotel.

Personnel were friendly attentive, location was the best, magnificent place for a stopover. I appreciated my upscale room and its luxury bathroom. The beach was stunning. Self check in and in general EXCELLENT service.

unbeatable location, excellent value for money and approachable staff, admirable service. the rooms were regular double and the beds were amazing, i loved it. the buffet breakfast was absolutely superb: coffee, eggs, hot waffles and cheese. nice lobby.

Best value, a great stay. Continental breakfast was marvellous and the staff were very polite. Soundproof room and very comfy beds. Perfect service, superb restaurant on site. We appreciated the pebbled beach near our hotel. The beach nearby was good and the view was scenic👌

I enjoyed the very pleasant staff and the fresh food. That was fascinating hotel set in quiet area. The bar was executive. Fabulous views and green garden. I had a such great time, good value for cost.

Tbh, Wi-Fi signal was not good and the bathroom was uncomfortable.

Everything was 10/10, the parking was nearby, the room was attractive. I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was included and exceptional. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Pudahuel district. Cosy location of the place - 5 minutes walk from bus station.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Free parking and amazing breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Diego de Almagro, it was good. We used the free bus offered by the venue too.

The bed was large and we liked our stay there. The hotel of choice in Santiago.

being not far from a bus stop was a bonus. if you want to explore plaza de armas, choose this place. parking was onsite.
